NKD supports British Airways Executive Club
NKD was tasked by British Airways to produce a communications campaign to raise awareness within BA about the Executive Club and focus employees on showing value and recognition of the importance of these crucial customers. Executive Club members make up 10% of all BA customers and generate 40% of total net revenue for BA; declining loyalty to the club was something that needed to be addressed. BA wanted a campaign to directly influence their employees to deliver the high standard of service that Executive Club customers expect and appreciate. NKD produced an exciting campaign identity as well as designing a range of memorable print collateral. These materials portrayed a cohesive and clear message to inspire and excite BA employees.
