NKD Shortlisted for Two HR Excellence Awards
NKD Group is in the running for two more awards for its Virgin Atlantic and npower projects – this time at the prestigious HR Excellence Awards 2007, run by HR Magazine.
Virgin Atlantic’s “Brilliant Basics, Magic Touches” programme has been shortlisted for “Most Effective Use of Internal Communications”, whilst npower’s “Being Players, Creating Fans” initiative is up for “Best Change Management Programme”.
The projects face competition from the likes of the British Library, NHS Lothian, Novotel London West, Lloyds TSB, Fujitsu Services and Allen & Overy. Winners are due to be announced at a glittering awards dinner at The Dorchester on 2nd July 2007.
Sue Stoneman, managing director of NKD Group, commented: “Having already enjoyed success with these projects at both the CiB and Motivation Awards, it’s very gratifying to be shortlisted again – particularly in such a high profile scheme as the HR Excellence Awards.”
