British Airways drives performance with NKD

Having enjoyed great results from partnering with NKD to design and deliver the highly successful Leadership Matters programmes, British Airways has appointed NKD to help their Fleet Managers and Cabin Crew Managers enhance their performance management approach to ultimately drive higher levels of customer loyalty.
