Creating a 'laser beam' focus for The Co-operative Food

NKD Learning are delighted to partner The Co-operative Food to design the content of a 9-day Retail Transformation Experience as part of their breakthrough approach to developing new Store Managers. This modular programme will span the first weeks of employment of all new Store Managers and will ensure they take charge of their first stores complete with the skills, knowledge, confidence, and commitment to drive a seismic shift in store performance. The modules focus on the secrets of world-class, contemporary retailing, developing 21st Century leadership skills and as Debs Gleeson (Director of Food Retail HR) says “creating a laser beam focus on customer and performance” from day 1.
