Leadership Development lands for British Airways Cargo

‘Leadership Matters’, the ground breaking leadership development programme developed by NKD for British Airways has now been rolled out to Operational Managers in the British Airways World Cargo business. This innovative, challenging and thought provoking leadership programme has been tailored to meet the needs of this new audience.  Its core purpose is to develop the people management capability and customer focus of this critical management team.  It aims to change their mindsets from a purely operational focus to one that focuses on both employee and customer engagement as key drivers of commercial success in the 21st Century.  The programme sets out clear leadership expectations of their role, focusing on self-awareness and on-going development, and cementing the importance of being genuine ‘role models’ of the BA Values.
