This week saw Heinz release their new TV advert only to withdraw it shortly afterwards following complaints. The cause for concern being it featured a same sex relationship and two men kissing. As strongly as some called for its withdrawal, others are voicing their disappointment at our apparent inability to accept societal changes and move with the times. British Airways has appointed NKD Creative to help launch its People & Organisational Effectiveness - Professional Development Programme. NKD’s creativity and style were used to add energy and excitement to the 2-day launch event as well as providing production and event management support to ensure its smooth delivery.

‘Leadership Matters’, a leadership development programme developed by NKD for British Airways’ Cabin Service Directors has now been rolled out fleet-wide. The 2-day innovative, challenging and thought provoking leadership programme sets out clear leadership expectations and a focus on self-awareness and on-going development, as well as helping individuals cement the importance of ‘living’ the BA values and being genuine ‘role models’ of the BA Leadership Framework.
NKD was tasked by British Airways to produce a communications campaign to raise awareness about the Executive Club and focus employees on showing value and recognition of the importance of these crucial customers. Executive Club members make up 10% of all BA customers and generate 40% of total net revenue for BA.
NKD Group has won two MarCom Awards for the ‘Memories’ film it created for Virgin Atlantic Airways. NKD won the prestigious Platinum Award in the Video/Film/Internal Communication category and a Gold Award for Video/Film/Training.
NKD Creative is developing an imaginative multimedia campaign for British Airways to launch its new Leadership Development programme to 4000 leaders based around the world. The campaign will include a briefing pack, audio CD, poster campaign and other multimedia cascade materials.
