With over fourteen years experience in the field of corporate learning and development, within a global services organisation, Sukhi has established herself as a role model of training design and delivery specifically in the areas of Customer Service, Development and Exec Coaching.

Sukhi believes that effective relationships achieve results. She creates a relaxed and informal environment in order to enhance each delegate’s learning capability; challenges the learners thinking in order to sustain learning within the workplace and facilitates others to make a difference to their business through their performance.

Her experience has been gained through various roles in HR and L&D and her seven years in Procurement means she also understands the commercial reality of business and applies this in her approach.

Sukhi has worked on projects for Hovis, Heinz, Jewish Care, AXA and British Airways.
