Sue is a founding partner of NKD Group, and heads up NKD Consulting.

Sue has a successful corporate career spanning over 20 years in both PLC and Private Equity businesses. Her early career was with British Airways, Hyundai and Barclays and before setting up NKD Group she spent three years working with Guy Hands at Terrafirma. She has built her reputation on quickly understanding the commercial dynamics of businesses, identifying opportunities for genuine differentiation and building both confidence and competence at Board level to deliver company-wide business improvement strategies. An experienced Board Director, having held senior positions in Marketing and Sales, Customer Operations and HR, Sue has an uncanny empathy with her clients. Sue has a rare combination of experience and expertise in strategic consultancy, creative execution and the management of key client relationships.
