Sandy Willoughby | Learning Associate
Working at all levels within organisations from the Board to frontline, Sandy’s ability to build rapport with teams and individuals has ensured that she delivers the best possible training solution for all NKD clients. She has 14 years international training and development experience.
Sandy specialises in the design and delivery of leading edge leadership and customer service learning interventions and takes a lead role in the design and delivery of our Train-the-Trainer products. She has worked on projects for AXA, Vodafone, Le Méridien, Virgin Atlantic Airways and British Airways.
