Nicholas Jeffery | Learning Associate

Nick is an experienced leadership and organisation development consultant, with and MBA and an MPhil in Psychology. Over the past 15 years he has worked for a wide range of blue chip clients such as Shell, Nokia, Mattel, Ernst & Young and Barclays; both in the UK and in Europe. His interests and expertise include strategic thinking, leadership development, managing change and customer service. Clients have described Nick’s working style as challenging and direct but coupled with caring and humour. He brings intellectual rigour to his work, but is also focused on the practical and the achievable.

Before moving into consulting, Nick held positions in customer service management and H.R. with British Airways. He is also an associate tutor on the Roffey Park Institute MSc in People and Organisation Development.
