Michael is an experienced training consultant with 14 years spent designing and delivering high profile training interventions, motivation events and people development solutions.  His special talents lie in the delivery of large scale ‘experiential learning’ programmes for 50 to 45,000 people, with a strong focus on behavioural change and customer experience.  He has recently worked on projects for Vodafone, Barclays, Threshers, Intercontinental Hotels, Lloyds TSB and npower.
