Matt Ralph | Creative Director & Founding partner

Matt is a founding partner of NKD Group and heads up NKD Creative.

Most of Matt's corporate career was spent with Barclays gaining marketing, retail and commercial management experience. During his time with Barclays he led major business change programmes designed to bring retail expertise and brand theory to life. On leaving Barclays Matt ran his own brand consultancy working for major brands in the retail, leisure and financial services sector. Matt specialises in developing branded customer experiences and bringing brands to life across large complex organisations, through exciting communications media including design, film and video production and live events management.
