Kay has an extensive career background in front line customer service and leading people with some of the world's most renowned brands. Her training and people development career spans the last 16 years with this experience and her natural enthusiasm for helping people develop to be their best driving her to design courses that will have maximum and long lasting impact. Kay's delivery style brings flare and innovation and is highly interactive. She is currently working with clients such as BP and British Airways.
