Hilary Coldicott | Learning Consultant

Hilary is an experienced management and training consultant who has 16 years experience of facilitating and coaching leaders and their teams to deliver peak performance.

She is comfortable working with top teams as well as middle management, and has worked on Leadership Development projects with AstraZeneca, Greene King, AXA Insurance, npower and Virgin Atlantic Airways. Hilary is a Master Practitioner of NLP and is licensed to use psychometric instruments such as MBTI, Strengths Deployment Inventory and the Bar-On EQi. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Psychology. She co-authored “Change Management Excellence” published in July 2004.
