In The Beginning
The year - 2003.  The place - a dodgy hotel bar somewhere off the M62.  The beer - flowing.  And a creative brand man and a transformational change expert started to hatch a plan.

Both were becoming increasingly disillusioned with the prevailing wisdom on how to engage organisations and create lasting, transformational changes in the world of business.  Both believed it was time for a change.

So they rolled the dice and took matters into their own hands.  And six months later, NKD Group was born!
