Our Creative Approach

At the core of all our projects is our creative approach which focuses on developing a strong and distinctive theme and identity.

We believe that the theme and identity plays a major role in the key to the success of any intervention we deliver.

Engaging employees is no different to marketing your products and services to customers. It’s about understanding your target audience and finding ways to excite and inspire them to engage with the intervention and its key messages.

In our experience the greater the connection between the external execution of the brand and the identity of the intervention, the more impact the intervention will have. A visual connection between the external brand positioning and the role an individual has in the organisation, results in constant re-enforcement of the messages in the workplace. It also leverages the investment in all external marketing, brand messaging and any major external sponsorship.

In the initial phase of any project our team will work in partnership with you and your brand and marketing teams (if applicable). From this, a selection of creative concepts are developed. Once a concept is agreed, this will be worked up into the programme e.g. environment, film and collateral.
