How We Work
We are three agencies in one.
NKD Learning as part of NKD Group combines three different and specialist disciplines: Learning and Development, HR Consulting and Creative Communications.
Normally, these teams are found in separate and often competing organisations, and their skillsets are applied sequentially - if at all.
At NKD, we have created a new kind of training company, where a multi-disciplinary team of behavioural specialists, training and development experts and creative marketeers work together in a collaborative environment, rich in insight, empathy, experience and creativity.
